Property Dossier Studio helps organise property instruction information, record source evidence, highlight missing items and prepare an internal CRM handoff.
The Studio does not replace an estate agency CRM, legal advice, professional judgement, AML checks, conveyancing, or an agency's legal and regulatory responsibilities. It does not certify that a property is legally or regulatorily compliant.
Access is currently provided only for controlled demonstrations and agreed pilot work. Features may change while the product is being tested. A commercial client engagement may require separate written terms covering scope, data handling, support and liability.
