Current pilot approach
- The private Studio is access controlled.
- The current mailbox workflow is designed to process messages that have been explicitly marked for Property Dossier processing rather than scanning an entire inbox automatically.
- Property facts extracted from an email remain subject to agent review.
- Official or document checks are kept separate from vendor or landlord supplied information.
- The Studio does not present itself as a legal compliance verifier.
- Working dossiers, original email evidence, request drafts and action notes are stored in this browser on this device. This is not a shared team database.
- Information requests are drafts. Staff send them outside the app. Replies are pasted or imported and reviewed before changes are applied.
- Conflicting incoming values are retained for staff resolution. Reviewed does not mean independently verified.
For demonstrations
Use fictional, anonymised or redacted examples wherever possible. Do not use special category data, passwords, bank details or information that is not needed to demonstrate the property intake workflow.
For a live agency pilot
Before a live pilot with genuine customer information, the parties should agree the authorised mailbox, users, data scope, retention, deletion, security responsibilities and any required contractual data-processing terms.
